I am 37 years old and have worked since I was 16 years old. In November 2008 I was laid of from my position as an LPN. I have yet been able to find work because LPN's are quickly being phased out. Hospital are now only chossing to hire RN's. I want to return to school to obtain my RN but I can not afford to not work while doing so.
Since I have not been worked in 15 months I have losted my apartment and my car. Now my credit is mess. To make matters even worse employers are now basing employment on credit. I am not trying for a job at a bank or working with money in any way.
Help!!! This is not fair. If hardworking people can not get work because of credit there will be alot more people not only on welfare but seeking housing assistance.
